Verification is the Instagram Process, You can't bypass this I think when you use BOT especially. This the general answer, but there may be some Blackhat Technique to bypass the process.

every account is Phone verified and aged
200 Follows a day
20 DMs a Day
IS that safe for long term ?

Verification is a very important process while creating Instagram accounts.
Also, I encourage people to verify their accounts as they last way longer than the unverified accounts.
This strategy should work depending on the type of accounts you've.
Even though they're phone verified and aged, I would still suggest you to warm then up slowly before you start spamming people with your DMs. It would also depend upon what kind of DMs are you sending, are you spinning them? Do they look spammy?
Since, you're starting, the best way is to start slow, stay under the radar and then gradually increase the activity.
