Questions about hitting explore for the gurus

So a couple quick questions I have.

1. Whenever I have an image or video hit explore and do very well ( Very well to me is 15k+ likes or over 100k views) everything I seem to post the next couple of days, does worse than usual engagement wise. Is that common? Most of my engagement seems to go to the explore post for about 2 days.

2. WIth that first question in mind, I find it atleast another 3-5 days until I can even hit explore again, once the one currently on dies down. How difficult is it to hit explore with multiple post . Does that just involve posting way more than I usually do which is 1-2 times a day?

3. I do a good mix of videos and images because it works with my niche. Is it better though to stick to one or the other so IG knows what to do with your content?

4. Delete content that doesn't do well?

5. Some videos or images clearly hit explore but at a much smaller level a few times weekly. Like 2-4k likes or 20-50k views. Any reason why they dont explode like others or get capped. Growth from these is usualy just a few hundred followers.

6. Seems all the big guys do super short captions with an emoji then something like "follow @me for more." ALso stuff like "double tap" or "Like to show some love" . Good strategies?

7 Are hashtags usefull to hit explore or just leave them out?

Tuesdays and Saturdays are my best days to hit explore not sure what that means just thougt I would share if it could be relevant lol.

how are you even keeping track that you are hitting explore page?

the explore page is different for every user. so what you see on your own explore page may not be what another person is seeing.

in the past instagram would mark your pic if you hit the popular page (later on replaced by the explore page) but those days are long gone

My account isn't huge so it's pretty obvious by the engagement

That feel when no response . Should have asked should I use mass planner or follower liker lol
