Questions about guest posts

Hey
So I work in adult. A lot of sites have blog sections. For instance domain.com/blog

You can usually get blog posts there. However is this worth it? It's on a sub page and not main page. The blogs linked from the main page though

Thoughts ?

That is how guest posts work. If you want to get a backlink from homepage, it won't be called a 'guest post' :)

Having an internal link to your post from the homepage would make the post/backlink even stronger.

If the domain is not spammed and has a good amount of organic traffic then you are good to go.
 
sure it is. if you re in such a niche, there 2 optins for you 1- guest post 2- pbn links

Just care for DA and some releated website while choose them

A lot of sites are wordpress blogs in adult

They usually go to page 2 etc after it's fell off front page

I was wondering if another layer would have an affect as it's not the main content per say

If your blog is linked from the main page, it's good even if it's on a subpage—it helps people find interesting stuff and makes your site look better to Google
 
Sure, having a blog section on a subpage like domain.com/blog can still help attract visitors and improve search engine rankings in the adult industry, especially if the content is good and linked from the main page.
