how much should i ask for a site that has the following stats?

the site was monetized trough adsense earning about 3-4 euros daily(150-200 visits/day and ctr 8-9%.

usually the price will be 10 times to 14 times from your earning.

3 x 30 = EU 90/month
90 x 10 = EU 900

And usually...even more than this.....
You can sell it for 2k-3k...

Just my opinion....

€500-600 In my opinion.

Depends if the site is capable of expanding, for example are there other keywrods that the site is not currently ranking and could be if you push it?
