Questions about Fiverr User Level?

Every month on 15th fiverr updates the user levels.
I have a little presence in fiverr. Because I am active on other plartforms.

Just have a quick question, does having a user level increase the gig visibility?

Also, I had to cancel a order as buyer placed it wrong and my order completion stats affected few weeks ago. It is under 90%, still they promoted me to level-1. Hows that? Manual?

Note- I just closed a SEO service sale, that is of decent amount through custom offer. Did they notice it?

Any help from BHW guys will be appreciated.

as per my knowledge user level depends upon your sales, if you need to improve your gig position you have to increase your gig fav, click, and impressions

Hi, I want to know does having a level increase gig visibility?

Not sure but it should have positive effects only including gig ranking.
