Questions about Facebook Groups Method

Ok so I am promoting a spirituality product and the vendor offers a free reading or something like that.

I posted in several groups that the first 20 people to comment on the post will get the reading for free. I got a total of about 100 comments from all posts, and now I am wondering what should I do.

1. I tried messaging everybody that commented, and shared the free reading in private message - NO ONE SEEN IT.
2. I thought maybe they can't see my message because they are not my friends - I sent out friend request for those who commented - almost no one accepts it - and facebook also limited me because it tells me to send friend requests to only those who I know.
3. I am now blocked for one hour for sharing a link in private message too many times.

So how does this method work? Should I comment directly on the post? Then people will not engage with it anymore. Should I continue linking in private message? Nobody is seeing it anyway. Like literally people commenting on my post and in less than 5 seconds I send them friend request and a message, and they go dormant forever.

Promoting in Facebook groups like that is extremely hard nowadays. Facebook can easily recognize clickbank links. Even on accounts that I've spent much money running ads on/in good standing, they don't slip by.

Your best bet is to create a landing page to share with the groups and include the link on it. If you make it look spammy, don't expect and hops.

Don't comment links directly in posts or comments unless you want muted, booted or banned at some point likely sooner than later.

Even if you do a landing page remember that let's say there's 10 spiritual groups you post to, there's likely to be some members in multiple groups that may recognize you posting in them and report them to the admins.

Clickbank+Facebook isn't what it used to be. It can take some work. So much that I gave up about a year ago. Others may have better luck but for me it was a constant battle of new accounts and repeated failure. I found better money with other things.

You might have better luck finding normal internet forums and even then I'd suggest using a lander and making it come off as something truly interesting/not spammy.

Clickbank + Fast money period never lasted for me. Sometimes I'd get lucky but in the end I switched to more long term methods. Especially landing pages + collecting emails. I found patience to be my friend.

Are you using the same account, or rotating accounts and IP addresses?
