Anything above 20 is good to go. The more the numbers, the higher the authority juice it'll pass to your domain/site.

15+ trust flow with minimum 20+ reffering domains

I dont use such domains , i always go with TrustFlow25+ and DA25+ domains with 30+ reffering domains

These type of domains are hard to find and cost much more money but these are for HQ clients
