Sorry didnt know where to post this. I have an idea and I will need about 20k cold calls made to business'. How exactly to call centers work? Do I provide them with a script? and pay per a call made? If so, what does it cost roughly? Any help would be greatly appreciated, and if anyone knows any good call centers or runs one let me know. Thanks!

Generally you would pay the call center in advance a certain amount, like $1,000 or so each month to have them cold call for you. Most don't have scripts handy and require one to be given which you can just fiverr those and get some pretty effective ones.

Also you might hit up cwscontentwriter from here as he has a call center that might be able to help you out.

I don't know much about call centers (I toured one once) but this is what I would say:A good sized call center will have at least 300 people working. 20k calls is 66 calls per person. The average person makes 20 calls an hour so we will say each employee can make their 66 calls in 3.3 hours. Each employee gets paid ~$10/hr. So for the company to pay all of their employees to do 20k calls they will pay their employees $9900 in wages. I know this info isn't the best of help but at least it's a base number to work off of.

You can hire more than one call centers instead of going for one only. Cheap solutions from South Asia are available.

You problably just give them a script and some info about your product :)
