Questions about blogger SEO

I have read tips about how to better on page SEO for blogger blogs, but I don't know how true they are, so I wanted to ask here!

Here is one site with some tips, the two tips I'm most concerned about is the "Best Blog Post Title Pattern" and the "Permalink Structure For Blogger Blogs" . Is there any validity to these tips and would it be in my best interested to implement these two?

oh yeah I also wanted to know if it's really important to change the blogger post titles from H3 tags to H1 supposedly they are H3 from the start, what about this?

Title of aur post generally contains our keywords on which post is written.

You ,may know that H1 tag have highest priority than all other tags.

Now consider you are using h3 tag for your post title, and on same page you are using h2 tag for your any sidebar widget say "Related Reads"

Now when search engine crawlers will crawl your blog they will give more importance to the words "Related Reads" than your post title.

In my blogspot html should I locate every h3 tag in it and change them to h1? When I read online most people just mention changing a certain section of code to h1 but some say to change every h3 tag to h1, which way is best for seo?

Yes...You should change blogger title to h1 tags...This is basic rules in onpage SEO.....

For permalinks, you should go with post names.html.....If you doing this your post index very quickly in google...

yeah I think I got it so my post titles are h1 now ,but should I go through my bloggers html and change ever h3 with h1? Im a little confused about that, like should I cntrl + F and change them all? would that be better?

you should use HEADING tags accordingly, from order of importance and relevance
