Questions About Blog Flipping

Hi Guys

Okay so I have thought about starting blog flipping next month.

As it seems like the cheapest and fastest way to flip.

Although I have some questions.

1.) When I pay to get graphics made for the blog is it only the header then?
and I think I have heard it costs around 15-20$ on places like DP?
Also if you have the contact details on some good cheap ones I would love to know.

2.) What will a blog with a good dot com domain name. Some nice graphics and 10 unique articles. Plus all the fancy little plugins be able to sell for on flippa if it's brand new?.
I am thinking of going with some themes I have resell rights to or some free ones and then just get a nice header done.

Okay I think that's all there is too it right now.

There are always people to do a header for $5 if i am not wrong at DP. Check them out and they do quality work. It all grind to find a good outsourcer who can work for you.

My advice is dont limit to DP, just go to other freelance board like scriptlance and getafreelancer, you would be golden

As far as second question is considered, autoblog is hot now and try and search in fliippa on how they do autoblogs

Hmm okay that was cheap as ....

Run a contest on DP for graphics. If you're banned just setup a new account.

Go for $197-297 on Flippa for a new blog with unique articles. Read some of my other posts (site flipping 101 etc) for some tips on how to sell.

If you want to get $297 per blog make sure you offer some freebies (hosting etc) if they hit BIN

How many words will a blog that would sell for that price need?

I mean would 10 400 words articles be okay?

Also it shouldn't be nessersary to pay for a featured listing when it's selling for such a small amount should it?

400 words x10 is fine.

Featured listing is essential if you want it to sell. I ALWAYS get BIN's

You talked about it's very difficult to flip a blog on flippa without a proper license for some of the premium themes.

Can't I just fake it

It's not difficult - you just might get negative feedback some buyers are cleverer than others and might catch you out

Hmm I might wan't to try it then.

Although I have never actually seen a license for themes.

Can you give an example of what it would look like?

Just my opinion, but for the time or money to create 10 articles or so, it might be better to stay away from autblogging for your first flip. Unique, human articles increase a new sites sale value by anything between $50 and $120 depending on the subject and niche.

If you intend to do this on a regular basis, you'll also get a better reputation with regular buyers for creating quality sites.

Well this time it isn't going to be a blog since no writers have the time to write articles for me ASAP so. I am trying a different kind of flip this time.
