Questions about blanking the referrer

So I was wondering if I were to blank my referrer, would my CPA network care? I'm new to this but from reading through the forum and searching on youtube, it seems that most people use fake or copyrighted files and blank the referrer, and it seems like this has been going o for awhile now. But don't most CPA networks care about where there traffic comes from? Considering that the foundation of CPA networking is to obtain "good" leads. So to sum up my questions:
1. Will I eventually be asked where my traffic is coming from?
2. Are there networks that are more lenient towards blanking the referrer, or even fake files? If so what are these networks?
3. Does anybody have experience with this type of situation? How'd you deal with it?

Yes, you will be asked if you start to earn a reasonable amount of money.

Yes, some networks tolerate this more than others (but their offers and/or payout typically aren't as good)

Just redirect the traffic through your "clean site", put some banner or link there and redirect the traffic through this. Shows the correct referer and no need to worry.

Instead of blanking it, spoof it to something else. Makes it look more legit.
