Did tiny cc recently change their shorteners from 301 redirects to 303 redirects?

From what I know (I might be wrong) 302 redirection doesn't pass ALL the link juice, some of it (don't know how much) is retained.
Google might see their website as more valuable if some of the juice is retained.

Kinda blackhat thing to do if you think about it.
