So I have read different titles of the things where you can post your services, I have seen posts of my interests but I haven't seen them in rules. I want to ask where does Google play console accounts sellers post? I have seen rules about VCC, Facebook Instagram accounts but where should one post about Console accounts?

And does BHW allows selling of ids for verification of Console accounts?
