my channel meet the 4000 hours and 1000 subs and i applied for review . it's is still on review and it's been 2 months now . If i applied for mcn will they instant monetize my channel or do i have to wait for adsense to review my channel ?

I don't care about adsense crap i just want my channel to be monetized with any mcn network .

it will take time i guess. There are people who wait 4-5 months but depends on your luck too. there is a official thread about this on google help forum.

YouTube changed and is still changing the way monetization works on the platform. Some of these changes have cause a dramatic workload increase which is taking some time to overcome. They have a statement on the YouTube help section regarding monetization which states:

"Updated May 1, 2018: We've grown our review team to handle the backlog of YouTube Partner Program applications. Pending applications will be reviewed by the end of June, and we'll update you if anything changes. Channels with the most views will be prioritized as potential revenue is likely to be higher for those channels."

I wouldn't be surprised if the review for small channels takes longer then the end of June, but we'll see I guess.

As of now there doesn't seem to be a way to bypass monetization review including via MCN (you have to monetize with Adsene first now I'm afraid). You've just gotta weather the storm here and wait until they have things sorted. If their estimate is correct you should be monetized soon :)

Good luck!

only problem is they say the same thing since november. and as you say only really big channels will be approved by the end of june it it's not reported again...
