Question - Your Account has been locked. (Phone)

I know a lot of people are having issues with twitter currently. My question is how can I access my account if I no longer have access to the phone number that it is associated with the twitter account.

It only gives me one option and it's through sms verify and I no longer can receive messages through the number. Usually have the option to verify either e-mail or phone but I only have the phone option. I'm wondering if there is a way around this? I included the pics

U can contact support and ask but I think they dont want unlock your acc if dont have access to your phone number, its usually after breaking their rules many times with this acc.

and reply to the automated mail

twitter will unlock your acc and you can change the mobile # -_- takes ~12h
