Is there any plugin that would read rss feeds from my other website and then auto publish it as a draft into my other website as a full article, not just snippet or excerpts?
I tried WP RSS Aggregator, RSS Multi Importer, WP-o-Matic, WP-e-Matic...
But they can't seem to post as the full article from my source website.
Is there any free plugin that can do this?

That's because your RSS only includes snippets. I can't remember the name, but there was a plugin that could convert snippets RSS into full RSS. Also, I think you should be able to select how much content to appear in the RSS feed, I think All In One Seo Pack or SEO by Yoast had this feature.

Ohhh I see, I hope I could get to convert those RSS feeds to full article and have them reposted on my other website, it's so hard to do it manually Is that pack for free? or do we have nulled package?

I do remember finding it on another BH forum, but I really can't remember where that was. I wanted to build some autoblogs but in the end I gave up on it.

Why did you gave up on it? Isn't it giving good income? Well I think what I need is an autoblogging plugin that can get articles from my competitors too and have it spinned and posted to my site. Well the plugins I used doesn't seem to do it quite perfectly since I am only getting the articles through rss, in which I only get snippets or excerpts

I never tried it, many recent reports show autoblogging is dead (actually not dead, but much harder to be effective, and I did not have the knowledge to make an effective autoblog). it would be nice if you tried it and share the results
