[Question] Wordpress and customer information input efficiency

I have a website made using wordpress where customers order certain plans. So for example the customer orders a plan that gives them 5 of something. Each one of these requires the customer send me corresponding pieces of information via email so I can provide the service. This leads to a lot of back and forth email exchange and not very efficient.

Is there a way I can integrate a user specific table in wordpress where for each order the customer simply inputs the information on the site themselves and cuts out any unnecessary back and forth exchanges?

I use woocommerce.
