I have recently launched a blog centered around a festival that caters to the US audience. I've come across discussions where people mention the challenges newbies face in driving traffic from Pinterest with a new account. Is there anyone available who can provide me with guidance and assistance in this matter?

Pinterest is not a good source of traffic these days unless you are willing to pay for ads.
