    Hi there everyone,
    I wanted to start my own website development country but i have some questions before that.
    Hope that anyone with experience or is doing this can help me out.

    So here's the question
    1. Do I buy a server to host all my clients site or hosting?
    2. How do you guys quote the price?
    3. Do you guys find clients offline or through online advertising?
    4. How much is the maintenance fee per year/month?

    Sorry if its too much and thank you in advance for your time and guidance :)

    p/s: Do pm me if you do not feel comfortable posting your company information here.

    Hey I own a web development company myself I hope these pointers can help you.

    1. I use hostgator/bluehost, buy a reseller account and use that for clients that way you can charge them for hosting and receive 100% of the payment.
    2. I use a personalized solution(only pay for what you need, that is determined by asking questions) aside from that every beginning of the month I put up 3 "exclusive" packages that come down at the end of the 2nd week. Beginner -> intermediate -> Professional. It is important that you name your packages according to your branding to give it a little flavor so it stands out from what the rest of the guys are doing.
    3. I hired a VA to do basic lead generation mostly through listing sites and organize them into a spread sheet that. There are 2 spreadsheets, businesses "With" and "Without" websites. I don't use online advertising because my target market hand out "offline", remember you want to look and advertise where you clients hang out.
    4. Best bet is to do a quick google search for the same type of services in your area and see what they are charging that would give you a good ballpark idea. For all my customers it's 4 revisions a year total of 8 Hours. I charge $55/hour for every additional hour. $88 for express updates.

    If you need anything else->inbox|
