Are there any auto-surf traffic exchange sites for paid image hosting sites like imagetwist etc.? It has to support adult content though :| If not auto, manual will do.

Mostly Traffic Ex(both auto and manual) sites not allowd adult traffic

Either the Traffic Exchanges won't allow adult traffic or the paid image hosting site will simply ban your account for sending automated traffic within a day or two.
So no this is not working.
