[Question] Themeforest themes

My client base is growing which requires me to have more professional looking websites. I found some very nice looking themes on themeforest however they always come with the logo theme brand at the top which I have a gut feeling cannot be removed. So for example something like the listify theme (http://themeforest.net/item/wordpress-directory-theme-listify/9602611) would I be able to remove the listify logo? I've tried googling it and there are no hits which may be due to private forums but I don't know. Anybody have experience in this? Thanks.

Of course. You can probably do this in the WordPress customisation section. These themes are sold to be manipulated for your liking so you can obviously change pretty much anything with any ThemeForest theme.

you can do what ever you want once you purchase the heme, the only thing you cannot do is resell it
