[Question] "Tell Your Fans" missing from FB Fan Page?

On your FB Fan Page, when you go to:

Edit Page> Marketing>

There is a link to "Tell Your Fans". On one of my pages it's missing?

It's a Fan Page for a Movie, any ideas why?

There's a present [$5] via Paypal only for anyone who can work this out AND enable me to find it

Could be because you have already uploaded lots of email lists. (Not sure, though, since I don't know if you did).

No, I've not used it on this page before. This would have been the first time. All my other pages have it. Kind of odd.

The only difference is that it's a Movie page, but I can't figure out why that would make a difference.
