Hi all! I am sorry if this is a stupid question, but I would like to know if with the sum of 20 euros I could make my own site. The topic would be with the news from my county, I found a domain for 9 euros and the host would be somewhere for 3 euros, but my question is: Besides the domain and host do I need anything else? Thanks for your time! Excuse me if it's a silly question!

There are not silly questions

Well, you can get free VPS for 60 days with Digital Ocean (no credit card needed), domain name just for few euros. Then I hope you have some basic technical knowledge, so you can install Wordpress, get some nice free WP theme and you good to go. It depends what you want to achieve with your website. I would also recommend to sign-up to e-mail autoresponder (some autoresponders have trial).
