Question - setting up a FB and Twitter campaign?

I have a Twitter account and I have a FaceBook account, but they are both registers on a fake name. And I don't live in the US. I live in Bosnia.
Can I still connect my credit card (I have 3, one for receiving money, one for holding it (it just collect dust till I need to go to an ATM) and one for buying, so if the receiving one and the paying are stolen, I have noting to worry about) to them even though the names aren't matching?
I got some cash from this month and I was thinking of growing my Fan Pages. By the way, I'm not some hot chick that wants you to sign up for an adult website so we can "chat", just a profile without even an profile picture. I have only created Fan Pages and grown them by putting, I've grown a page by putting a link to it in my signature in a forum where I have 1000+ posts and its niche related. Now some of the other Pages aren't that successful, I want to change that, and I have to pay for it, but that is a price I'm willing to pay.

I should also mention that I have 3 twitter accounts, 1 I managed to grow with the "follow back" technique, the other 2 are so so, can I also have one credit card on 3 accounts?

So, not one person has tried this or is making money by growing FB pages and twitter accounts and has not used their real name?
Shame on you. You are missing out. I know people are making a lot of money with this stuff, I want too.
