Which is the best SEO service for a domain. it? That can get backlink Italian mean

We work on the italian market. We have a private network (.it, .com, .net, .org domains) but also we use some italian web 2.0 (but also english web 2.0 with only italian contents).

The seo services which works for english keywords will also works for foreign keywords.

Yes, but backlinks of the same country are most useful if your website is for local

There isn't really a best service for every particular domain. I would say your location would be more important. For example if you are in Italy and your company/website targets that market, I would try and find a service provider in that country or at least the region to help you with SEO. A company like that would have a better understanding of the market and how to generate good inbound links for your site.
