Question scrapebox and nhseo

Hey, guys! Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section. If I have broken any guidelines, let me know!
I have searched around, and these are the problems for which I've found no real solution.

How do I scrape keywords on scrapebox for adult content?

Is there a more efficient way to get confirmed links on NHSEO? Everyone seems to be able alot of confirmed links on NHSEO, but I'm not exactly sure how. The original method I read said that no more than 300 backlinks a day per blog, but I'm lucky if I can get 40.

I have read that it has to do with the number of keywords. I'm using 150+ keywords per blog, all having to do with the niche. I also used a comment spinner and read through it to optimize it, so my comments all look pretty legit. As for proxies, I'm not exactly familiar with the whole anonymous/elite/transparent. I know what they are, but I don't know how they help or hurt in using NHSEO to post comments.

Is it possible to to scrape URLS using scrapebox, and then put those URLS into NHSEO?
The only reason I ask is because I still haven't figured out how to run multiple profiles on scrapebox, whereas in NHSEO I can just make 4 different profiles and press play. lol

Proxies influence this too. If you use blacklisted proxies, even if you have 200 auto-approve targets, they may simply trash your link, thus you see less, like the 40 you mention.

Answering your question: yes, scrapebox is great for harvesting targets and proxies for nhseo.

Follow-up question on proxies: When I search around the forums, I usually see threads like: free scrapebox proxies, or free proxies. Is there a difference between scrapebox proxies and other proxies? Am I only allowed to use scrapebox proxies on scrapebox? Or, does it mean that the proxies were scraped using scrapebox?

Edit: Also, where do input the URLs I gather from scrapebox in NHSEO? I'm thinking the 'whois' section in the settings tab?

private proxies with slow scraped will do u well but charge monthly
public listed lists will do a little as a stop gap nothing more
or some kind of subscription will do u better
all depends on finances

Well, my finances are shot. Only made $3 dollars so far from cleanfiles, since nov 22. lol
On top of that, my first blog ever got taken down.
