[QUESTION] Register an LLC

How can someone living in South America open/create/register an LLC in the US? Is there a service out there that does this? What has been your experience on this?

I also am really interested to know the easiest and cheapest way to do this as i would like to create a stripe account.

There are services, as a foreigner, you'll need to have a "registered agent"
Essentially, it's a lawyer that acts as your representative.

They used to recommend Delaware as the best State to register in. An activist judge went against the board of directors and intervened to prevent Musk from getting his agreed upon compensation. It's a little more complicated but that is the gist of it. As a result of that, there is are many companies fleeing Delaware as their Registered State.

I'm not sure where they are going to but I'm sure a search will yield recommendations.

the price for such a service starts from about $400-500 with the opening of a bank account

You just fill out the form. I didn’t see any restrictions. USA take all kinds of money. Capitalism.

Yeah, thats easily possible. Wyoming has some great benefits regarding "hidden" ownership.
