Question Regarding WordPress Website Language

Hello Everyone! How Would I Change the WordPress Website Language From Default English Language To Any Preferred Language Like Germany Or Thai? And Even Search Engines Would Index That Website?

If so,
Go to settings -> General

But don't forget explain your website details like cms and theme you are using them right now
 
For translating the whole site, you will need a WordPress translate plugin, such as WPML, Polylang, Loco Translate, and so on. Some of them are free, some of them are expensive. At the end, you get what you pay for.

You can install Loco Translate or WPML for this to make your website multi language.

If you want, I can upload the WPML for free here.

Thanks, But I Know How To Do My Concern Is To Change From Themefile Editor or Through Some Unique Way
 
I downloaded the plugin and it didn't work, it wants membership. I wrote the activation code but there is still a problem.
