Hi,
I have a windows Vps (Windows Server 2008 R2 installed)
I don't know whether or not Windows Firewall and Essential are enough for security purposes (Virus , Spywares and Attacks)?
If not, what should I install on the Vps(Need free service)?

Thanks

Windows Firewall is definitely essential, don't disable that even if you've a very good reason. Regarding security software, don't use Essentials, they will slow down your VPS. Get the following:

Software Security:
- CalmWin Antivirus - Free & OpenSource - Windows Server 2008 R2 Supported.
- Malwarebyte - Free Malware scanner - Windows Server 2008 R2 Supported.
- Change your default RDP port.

CleanUp & Speeding tools:
- CCleaner - Very handy to clean up your VPS and speed things up from time to time
- Clean UP - Another handy software to clean you some of the files that CCleaner can't clean.

STRONG PASSWORD

Apart from the above ones, you don't anything else
