Posts that combine a personal story or lesson with actionable advice tend to do best. Keep it authentic, relatable, and concise, ideally sparking conversation or emotion.
 
Personal stories with a "professional" lesson can work, especially ones about failure, growth or a counterintuitive take. Just don’t make it sound like a corporate humblebrag.

I feel like everyone are just using chatgpt and its just souless sometimes
 
I think the most viral posts are often the most relatable ones. They can be success stories, or failures, or funny moments, but as long as people an actually relate to them, they will engage with them.
 
from what I've seen, the posts that really take off on LinkedIn are personal stories about a career lesson or a challenge overcome. people love authenticity and something they can relate to

yep! you're not wrong. You can totally tell when it's just AI generated fluff. The real ones that hit are always personal and actually human.

ChatGPT is not a good solution, like you said, it has no soul. He can't play a normal person perfectly. But you can use it to help you search or research your questions, such as topics. Then you can write your own elements into it, which is to add souls.
