I got two website ranking for same keyword hosted in the same server, can i leave a backlink from site A to both website or would it leave a huge footprint?. I dont know if you get what i mean...

i don't think that is a better idea to do so

i guess it might not be good since they are on the same server and might cause penalty not sure though

links from the same IP wont add much value. though, you can try one way linking.
