Hello guys, are there any rules about whk gets the review copies in a service. Is its first come first serve or the person who is giving them decides?
Maybe mods can anawer this.
It's up to the person providing the review copies. They are usually looking for people that been on BHW for a while and that are know for giving reviews, hence the term review copy.
