Question regarding residential rotating proxies

I buy aged fb accounts from India and use them for advertising.
But what i have seen is that when i use those accounts from a dedicated private proxy (US/UK), sooner or later the BM gets restricted. So i plan to get some rotating residential Proxies from India, from the same cities where those accounts were logged in before. I don't know if i can find such a seller or not.

But does these type of proxies change its ip and location frequently ?. If yes, then won't fb detect it as unusual activity and put my BM on restriction ?..

Or should i go with static residential proxies ?.. If that's the case , spending $30-$50 for an ip and 1 account per 1 ip is too expensive. Let me know your thoughts.

use 4g proxies, there not cheap, but more reliable .

This should've been the first thing to do. Just think about it: if you are an Indian FB user for the whole duration of your account, why would now start connecting to Facebook from US/UK, especially now that you are running ads.

So, yes, you should get Indian IPs..

They do. But some providers offer sticky IP sessions - meaning that an IP will stay available to you for longer periods.

IMHO go with either 4g proxies or dedicated resis. They're expensive, but will save you a lot of time and efforts on creating news accounts, as they are reliable (of course, nothing on Facebook is 100%). Yeah, they can get quite expensive, so in case you're planning on going for dozens of accounts, I'm not really sure this will work for you from the cost-benefit perspective. But if it's up to 10 accounts that you invest a lot of time in, then it's definitely worth it.

As other users pointed it out, it wasn't a very smart move to have accounts from India and use US/UK location when login and working with advertising. but you're thinking right purchasing proxies from India and using those for the moment, just definitely look for dedicated proxies to have your own IP address to avoid possible issues with Facebook. I know that you can find some useful recommendations in the market place, but you can also check these providers:

1. smartproxy;
2. oxylabs;
3. webshare.

it's a bit expensive but you can do the check for some deals/coupons/discounts that are found online and use those to pay less for the proxies.
