Hello,
So I was wondering if playing around with the refund policy is not a bad thing.
I'm close to launching my drop shipping jewelry site and would like to know if short 2-day refund policies are normal? Instead of like a 30-day refund policy, as I don't want people constantly refunding because some jewelry will not fit everyone.
For hygienic reasons I won't take the time to have them ship the object back but instead, just refund their payment.
