Question regarding PayPal India

Sorry!! I don't know whether this is the right section to ask this question... I am from India and I'm about to receive my first payment from Fiverr on PayPal. I want to ask can I use the received money for international shopping without transferring it to the bank???? I saw some old blog posts which stated that I cannot do international shopping with received money on PayPal and first need to transfer it to my bank but I don't want to withdraw it and want to use it to buy an item on gearbest.
