Question regarding google manual action

A week before my site got manual action penalty and totally disappears from google, then i submitted reconsideration request after changing some posts, today site backs to normal and ranks as earlier but if i check manual action message still it showing "This site may not perform as well in Google results because it appears to be in violation." May i know whether my site is removed from manual action or it is just for testing or so on..

How long did it take for google to put your site back to normal ranks?

I would give it another week to see if the message goes away on its own as well as to provide a bit more time to watch your rankings.

on march 1 my site was affected, today it works as earlier
