Question regarding flagged Instagram links

So it's well known that if you have any type of CPA code on a webpage and have Instagram linked to it users will get a message warning them about the link when they click on it. Let's say I link to a landing page with no CPA code but somewhere else on the domain I have a CPA locker script, will users still get a warning when they click on the link? Any insight is appreciated thanks
