Question Regarding FB Groups / Fan Pages

I have just been playing around with one of my groups with 11K members and noticed that when I post a message up on my wall it does not appear on peoples homepages like it does when you post a message to your profile wall.

Is there any way to post a message so that it will appear on all of your group members homepages? If not is it possible to do this with a fan page?

yeh works with fanpage but not with groups. the fan pages are basically like profiles. so u can make as many status updates as you like. and all will appear on the fans profiles too.

i usually use the groups to push fan pages too.

Group updates won't show up on members wall. This only happens with fan pages. Although if you change your groups name or someone joins the group, it would show up on the friends feed...
