Question Regarding Fan Page

I have a fan page I am looking for feedback on, I have a buyer interested in purchasing the fan page from me but I am not sure what a good price is. I am not quite sure how to value a fan page but I'll post the insights here and if anyone has any advice on a price range I would greatly appreciate it! ATM the client has offered $750, it sounds okay but I'd really like some input from people who are more experienced with FB than myself.

Is that too high or too low? I honestly have no idea what the value of fan pages go for some opinions would be nice to hear

I tried to buy the page. We talked for hours and hours. Finally I decided to pay him 50 % upfront. Then he went offline and never showed up again, ignoring my emails etc.

He is a scammer and lier as it seems.
