question regarding facebook ads account.

You will not able to access that account, due to account restriction. Must assign full access of those account to other.

Don't take that risk! I wouldn't recommend it to do so.

There's a possibility yes. Depends on the infraction and if they want to search about it further.
 
Please prepare a new account to handle the worst case scenario.
 
Don't put your all eggs in one basket. Prepare a few FB accounts (the stronger the better) to hold your ads account. And if one BM die, all of those accounts that is in BM die as well.

Depends. From my experience, the ad creator dies, if you kick it out of BM and request review explaining he was the one misusing, you can get pretty much everything back (but not multiple times).

Do they have verified accounts?
 
If one of the accounts is banned from black advertising you should change the profile and new proxy for the remaining accounts to avoid impact when you start advertising on the new account.

If possible, I'd suggest you to use different personal profiles for different ad accounts.

A personal account can only create 1 advertising account. If you want to manage multiple advertising accounts, you should create a business account. If you run a casino, you must use multiple black accounts.

You are using a business account to run ads. There will usually be 1-2 scans of business accounts. If your business is banned from advertising and the appeal is unsuccessful, all accounts in your BM will be unusable. For ads that violate our policies, we always use a type of business account that we call an immortal BM.

I can confirm that if If one of your ad accounts gets banned for policies restrictions, Facebook will review the entire Business Manager account.

No problem with the remaining accounts, unless the main account is restricted from advertising, if only the advertising account is disabled, the other accounts can still be used as usual.

The product you are running is blacklisted by Facebook, so running ads for that category is quite difficult because you have to avoid all Facebook terms. If one of your 10 accounts is locked, I think the remaining accounts that are not running will not be locked. You have 9 more attempts, keep trying.
 
Because your campaign is quite heavy, one banned account can easily drag down other accounts

You are right that your casino ads are blocked, because running a banned service is inevitable, please create more accounts and use words to reduce the risk of your service being blocked.
