Hello guys! Is it true that if it's been more than 120 days from my customers payment via Mastercard/Visa/American express or any other card, then he/she cannot open a dispute/chargeback or that's extremely hard to do?

I just wanna know if i'm safe as a seller after 120 days from when the payment was made. I mean, if its been 120 days from when those payments were made, the risk of chargeback is almost impossible?

I'm using Stripe to accept card payments from my clients, and this is what i'm being told when I google it.

Yes, after 120 days is very hard (or impossible) to ask for a chargeback, as far as I know

Some international card issuers offer up to 180-day window for chargebacks.

The number varies between 120 to 180 days, it depends on the country
