question regarding building a reposting community

so guys, I am creating a community where brands partner with reposters.

all the reposters would have to do is take the pre-edited videos and post them.
at the same time, they will be making big commissions from sales generated on the organic videos.

How can I craft the most enticing offer to attract affiliates/reposters?

beyond just a commission basis, I want to make this enticing enough to get people on board.
