i have an idea that is cpa related.

i would be offering books which i have gotten online by torrents or other ways, now obviously i don't own these books so i am not sure how much "at risk" i am.

i know from the manga sites that they usually just follow orders when they get any complaints from publishers. but without any experience in this type of stuff i wanted to get some more info about it.

what the site would do:

1: quick review of the book.

2: quick half a chapter or so the user can read for free.

3. download page with a content locker for the remaining chapters.

that is essential everything. now what would the risks be in this case?

Only thing you can do is get good off shore hosting, that will ignore DMCA.

Checkout the marketplace for various vendors regarding this service.

You also want to use a DMCA ignored Domian Registrar such as njal.la

so if i understand this correctly. as long as i use a good hosting service for offshore hosting i am actually quite fine? as in there is "almost" no risk involved.

i know there is always risk, but by using offshore hosting and domain registrar as you said for my CPA purposes there wouldent be much in the way of getting in major trouble right?

Yes, they essentially take ownership of the domain and lease it you. So little to no liability is held.

As far as seeking information against you. This ain't legal advice, but they can't do anything if they can't find any information leading to you. They will request information about you in the form of a complaint. And These services will ignore it. There are others ways to find you. So be advised.

So for movie streaming/movie type niches it's the best combination...the dmca domain nd hosting right?
