question regarding angelas backlinks

Hey...

I've read that forum posts help profile backlinks get more link juice for my website. Thing is... I tried that today and ended up getting PERMANANTLY banned on 2 sites with some of angelas' forum backlinks. Is there a better way to do this, if you don't know much about what the forum discusses?

They are a waste of time, although it does seem to have some small affect that affect is generally short term so unless you do it on a mass scale on a regular basis there are other things you can be doing in that time which is worth more. Forum profile pages do not have enough content to remain indexed generally so they float in an out of the index.​

I wouldn't waste your time on this. You can however use profile links to help indexing of your web 2.0's.

Personally, i rarely use their links except when i know they have a great value.

For profiles, i only do the .edu ones but that's it.

It is better to spend time over a squidoo page rather than build slowly low value profiles

Never create profile backlinks directly to your money. Thats the easiest way to get your site banned. If at all, you can create profile links for you backlinks....i mean they are OK as tier 2 or even tier 3 links.
