Question regarding a PayPal transaction

I have a question regarding a PayPal transaction.

So I received payment via PayPal for a website sale, and I was wondering how to get the funds out of PayPal.
My PayPal account is NOT verified, so I don't have the possibility to withdraw the money to my bank account.
I can't add a bank account, because I used my bank account for my old PayPal account that got limited. So I can't use the same bank details to verify the new PayPal account!

To clear things up: My old PayPal account got limited after I sold a Facebook fanpage and after I transferred ownership of the page the buyer opened a claim that he didn't receive the page!
I won the claim but a couple of weeks later he made a credit card chargeback and the money got deducted from my PayPal account. PayPal told me that they can't do anything about it.
Because of that chargeback I had a negative PayPal balance, I refused to pay, PayPal limited my account and that was that. The guy now has my fanpage, got his money back and my PayPal account is limited. So it's a fair assessment that I GOT FUCKED HARD. But that's a different story.

Anyway, I needed a PayPal account so I created a new one with a different ip address, new number, email address and all that.
So now I got $650 on my PP and I'm wondering how to get the money out.

I know that I could send the money as a gift to a different PP account, but I don't know anybody I could trust to give me the money later, so that's that.
Is there any other way? Any ideas? Thanks!

Get a VCC to remove your limitation and get verified. Transfer the money to a new account. If I were you I would create a new account under my sibling's name or parents name or anyone you can trust. Then add their bank account and withdraw the money. Voila!

Or after get verified you can also ask your friend to receive your money and withdraw using their account.

That aside, a lot of prepaid cards come with routing and account numbers now. Just buy one, add the info to your PP account and transfer the money to the card.

Assuming you are in the US where they sell those things at every major store.

Sell your paypal balance into another same member country. Find your trusted country forum and sell your balance. You get the money on your bank other member get paypal balance...
