Question regarding 4g proxies and video repurpose

Hello,

I used to use tiktok very differently but recently I cannot get any views from any of the videos I make
I used to get at least 200k or more per videos if I didn't get 1 million views

I target U.S Audience and I do not live there

I always used a phone with no simcard and a vpn installed on the phone and working on the phone startup

My questions are...
Proxies are banned in my country cannot be used the only way to use proxies is if I enable vpn first, can I use proxies or can I continue using the VPNs somehow?
Do I have to buy a U.S Sim Card or can I just use a phone without any simcard at all?
Can I use my main phone that I use for calls and everything since it is fast to work with for doing this or does it has to be an alternative phone because my alternative phone is slow

And I wouldn't need a VPN?

I recommend to get a US sim, doesn't even have to be activated. With a US sim you can use your local wifi and it will work

My alternative mobile Z3 Xperia Sony doesn't have the time zone of USA i think it is locked to Germany EU since I bought it when I was there
