hi, I noticed that some adult sites like sex.com, luscious.net etc they do not have the 'Are you 18+ Yes/No' dialog pop-up for their website. Is the 18+ warning dialog mandatory for all adult sites?
I suppose it depends on the country they are operating from. Generally I don't think it's mandatorily for any website operating in North America or Europe to display a 18 plus warning, but I could be wrong.
