[Question] Redirect Domain to Affiliate link

Hi guys, im absolutely new to this kind of scene and im looking forward to earn some money with ewhoring
and affiliates. My level is: I had to google what domain means.

Somehow i managed to buy a domain and my problem now is that i dont know how to lead the ppl to my affiliate link when they
go to my domain.

Here is the option menu on my Domain, what do i have to do there?

Host A Records
HOST IP ADRESS

aliases CNAME records
Host Adress

Url Forwarding
Host Url 301

Stealth forwarding
Host Stealth url

It's not a good way to redirect a domain, do the following -

Get a free hosting and park your domain there.
Create a file named "index.html" (without quotes) and open it with Notepad then paste the following code -

<!DOCTYPE html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="1; url=yourlink">
</head>
</html>

Replace the red text with your desired affiliate link and upload the file to your hosting's root directory.(Delete all other files)

Dont they ban a free hosting when they notice you earn money with it or use sexual content? Should i use a vpn in case i get baned ?

Ok guys, i seriously need help

Which freehosting site do i take and park my domain in ? And how do i do this ? Are there any noob programms which i can just type in Html codes and insert the code SirDarkknight gave me ? I tried bplaced but i have no idea how to work with this sql databank.

And dont i have to change something on my Domain menu before i park it to a webhoster, i mean i could just type in google.de or something, there must be a option right?

Is there maybe a more simple way to do this?
