Question - Ranking on YouTube

So I've created my video and website with a content locker, I've sent 15,000 HR views and 500 likes and 6 comments. It looks like on VidIQ it's not ranked on any of the tags.

Is this a case of needing more views or have they just ghosted my video?

I uploaded on the 28th and have been drip feeding them for the past week
