Hi there,

I've just installed my windows 10 and I'm trying to configure my proxy for Mozilla but nothing of what I tried was working. The page is not loading 'The connection has timed out'.I am using a wifi connection. I also have the correct settings in Internet Explorer. I have even tried to connect directly to the proxy from windows network settings but it won't work from any browser. I made sure that mozilla has also firewall permissions.

Any ideas of how should I proceed?

Thanks in advance!

If you are having troubles configure the proxy via FF interface then you can try Foxyproxy extension.
If it won't work there too then it's probably problem with your proxy.

Thank you for your answer. I have already tried FoxyProxy extension and it is not working.

Edit: Now I am receiving a new error 'Secure Connection Failed'. I don't know exactly how because nothing changed since previously attmepts.
Also forgot to mention that the proxy is definetely good since it was bought from BH and I asked a friend to try it on his pc and it worked. :)

try to disable the windows firewall / other application if you have any and then try to reconnect.

Tried that too. Also tried to install an older version of firefox. No luck :(
What happens if you ping it from the command prompt, do you get a response?

you should check your proxy, it may need to enter user/password or access with your IP

It could be a technical error on your side. Have you entered all credentials? Username, password? Have you checked with a provider, confirming if these proxies are alive on their end?
